Availability

Please check the below calendar for the period of hire you had in mind - if the calendar is empty at your chosen block then there is availability. We operate a block booking system whereby the week is divided into two parts mid-week (Monday-Thursday) and weekend (Friday - Sunday).

For mid-week hires we typically deliver equipment on Monday evenings and collect on Thursday evenings. For weekend hires we typically deliver equipment on Friday evenings and collect on Sunday evenings.

This means you are guaranteed to have the equipment for 3 nights for a midweek hire and 2 nights for a weekend hire giving you plenty of time to drain the kegs! We deliver in the evenings primarily due to difficult parking conditions within the city (as we have heavy equipment we need to park quite close to delivery location which can often be impossible to do legally before 6.30pm!) and we realise people are usually at work during the day and unable to receive deliveries. In some circumstances we can arrange for a daytime delivery if you require this please indicate this during the booking process in the 'special instructions or comments about your order' box. It would also be helpful if you use this box to indicate any directions for difficult to find properties and if applicable the name on the entry buzzer and preferred delivery time.

KEY

  • No entry for your chosen day = Availability.
  • 'Limited Availability' = There is limited availability for one more customer when ordering at most two different brands of beer (no limit on number of kegs which can be ordered for each brand).
  • 'No Availability' = Select a different hire slot.
